CallRepair and Claim Review

Choosing your team

Is our approach right for your property problem?

Consider the experience the problem calls for, whose interests the team serves, and how the next step will be decided.

Does the problem need more than one perspective?

The repair, insurance claim, and owner’s decisions are connected. Our team brings construction, insurance, community-management, commercial-real-estate, and legal perspectives together. Kelly's background as an estimator and superintendent also informs the review of what failed and what proper repair requires.

Who would the firm represent?

We work for building owners, including homeowners, commercial owners, and associations. We never represent construction companies or insurance companies. In these disputes, we also do not represent sellers or inspectors against owners.

What does the initial review help decide?

The team considers conflicts, available facts, possible responsible parties, deadlines, and the amount at stake. The review helps identify what needs investigation and what support may be appropriate. The next step may be closer review, representation, a referral, or a conclusion that the matter is not a fit. You can inquire before the cost or legal category is clear.

How will fees and costs be agreed?

For accepted matters, the firm generally works on a contingency basis. The written fee agreement explains the fee and cost arrangement before representation begins.
